Meet The Team

Nicole Perricelli

Hygienist

Nicole graduated from the hygiene program at Midlands Tech after receiving a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the College of Charleston.  She has been a hygienist for 13 years and excels at giving patients an excellent cleaning while keeping them comfortable. Nicole continues her education with the Midlands Dental Hygiene Study Club.

Nicole is a native of Irmo and makes her home in Chapin with her husband, Brad. They both share a love of animals and have 6 fur babies.  Nicole enjoys playing the piano and loves serving in the music ministry at her church.

Jennifer Hair

Hygienist

Jennifer has been a hygienist for 31 years.  She brings that experience with a daily enthusiasm for educating patients and helping them achieve oral health as if she is a new graduate.  She was educated at the Florence-Darlington Technical College. She resides in Lugoff and her greatest joy is being a mom to her 5 year old son, Landon. She is active in an outreach program for homeless people through her church.

Daphne Sanders

Office Manager/Assistant

Dr. Rauch was fortunate to meet and work with Daphne at another office, so she knew Daphne would be an asset to the team at Dutch Fork Family Dentistry.  Daphne’s 26 years of experience in dentistry and her willingness to step up to any task that needs to be done make her indispensable.  Daphne is a native of Chattanooga, TN, but she has made her home in Irmo for 28 years. She and her husband share in the joy of their five grandchildren and countless pets.

Crystal Rindfleisch

Front Desk Coordinator

Crystal enjoyed a career focused on clients with special needs before venturing into the dental profession 6 years ago. She is the newest member of our team.  Crystal is happily married and recently moved back to the Columbia area.  She and her husband are excitedly awaiting the birth of their first child in August.

Angela Phillips

Dental Assistant

Angela has 25 years experience as a certified dental assistant.  She has been with Dr. Rauch since Dutch Fork Family Dentistry opened in 2011.  Her knowledge and skills in assisting make it seem effortless.  Angela is a native of West Columbia, and now lives in Newberry with her husband, Wynn.  Angela has 8 grandchildren and it seems another one on the way annually. She worships and serves the Lord at Ambassador's Christian Center in Irmo. Angela loves to be a servant to others including animals.

Penny Armstrong

Dental Assistant

Penny has been a part-time assistant on our team for over 3 years.  Her husband is in the Army, and they have 2 daughters who keep them busy.  We know they will be reassigned at some time, but we are hoping against it.  We love the blend of drill sergeant and Hoosier attitude that she brings to the office on the days she works.
